Mürnseer zithers are produced in a region which can look back on a long tradition of zither playing. The original form and playing style have remained basically the same for over 200 years. Wood is a natural product and must be treated professionally and with care. The wood for our instruments is handselected, felled at the most propitious time of the year and dried naturally, thus guaranteeing the best sound quality.
